Although both a Jewish and an engineering community already existed on the University of Toronto campus separately, they were never officially brought together. As both communities are particularly strong, we were confident that an intersection between the two would create impactful connections between students. This is why we started the Jewish Engineering Society.

The Jewish Engineering Society aims to create a community within Skule that celebrates Jewish culture. Through social events, networking opportunities and a hub of resources that are unique to the interests and needs of Jewish engineering students, we aim to accomplish this goal.
